How to Setup MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication)

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) provides an extra layer of security to your account by preventing unwanted access by password alone. We highly recommend enabling MFA immediately.

Setup Multi-Factor Authentication

1. Login to your SecondSky Data account.
2. Navigate to your profile page.
3. Click on the Setup button under “Multi-factor Authentication”.
4. Open your authenticator app and scan the QR code.
5. Enter the code provided by your authenticator app.
6. Click the Submit code button.
7. MFA is now enabled on your account.

Note: If you lose access to your authenticator app, please contact Technical Support and request that we disable MFA on your account. During this process, your password will be reset and you will receive a confirmation email including a link you will need to follow. Please ensure you have access to the email address associated with your account.
